1. Brief Description
The relief drive service(or designated drive service) in Korea is the unique popular service, which takes rides mainly the drink-drivers to their houses or somewheres instead of them comfortably and inexpensively.
Since the National Police Agency introduced the breathalyzer in 1981, the service has been developing in various ways.
Based on various grounds such as peculiar drinking culture, hard-working national character, safe state of public security, developed IT culture, sophisticated exploitation structure, the service has grown and been settled as the public life service in Korea.
Especially as Kakao,top mobile messenger operator in Korea, is said to launch the business, the momentous changes have been bursting in the market.
